Instructions: Solve Problem 1.5 which shows a Table of factors of production (i.e., resources or inputs) and show in detail your calculations of the old and new single-factor productivity for each resource and show the percentage by which it has gone up or down. Be sure to present the summary of your answers in a Table to your boss. The Table would look similar to what&#39;s in the book, but with three additional columns (one after “Last Year” column, one after “Now” column, and the third to show “Change in Productivity” either increase or decrease. Also, discuss if the company&#39;s goal for productivity is being met.

George is interested in determining the productivity of his organization. He would like to know if his organization is maintaning the manufactoring average of 3% increase in productivity per year? He has the following data representing a month from last year and an equivalent month this year:
