The first step in getting together a grant proposal is to consider donors. You will be required to compile a short list of possible donors, no more than 10, using the Internet to help you search. A great place to begin the search is http://www.grants.gov/. The donors should have similar ideals you are searching for and that best matches your programâ€™s ideals in preparation for your Final Grant Proposal. Once you have identified a short list, you will be required to locate a grant and evaluate it within the context of your own proposal.
In your submission, the following is required:
You will submit your evaluation as a 2 page, double-spaced document (minimum). The list of possible donors will be included, but not counted as part of the minimum 2 pages of text.
