Describe your potential argument in one paragraph. In your paragraph, address the following:
1. Name the texts (at least 3) you are going to use to make your argument.
2. Explain why you are using those texts: which aspects of the texts are you going to discuss? what arguments can you make about them? How are the texts related to each other? How do they serve to support your thesis?
3. Your tentative thesis: it must be specific. Do not make an argument about style in general. You must make an argument about a specific topic: for example, a specific stylistic/rhetorical device such as syntax, diction, logos, pathos, rhetorical question, etc.
You will submit your thesis in class on Monday
