DISCUSSION1- Explain the basic concepts of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act.2-Apply the procedures of FISA to communications involving individuals within the United States.3-Defend or dispute the government’s support and use of extraordinary rendition used against foreign individuals suspected of terrorist acts against the United States.  5-Explain the requirements in an application for a federal search warrant under Title 50, U.S.C. § 1823. 6-Explain the discovery procedures set in place by the Classified Information Procedures Act, Title 18 U.S.C. App. 3, § 4 regarding evidence that is considered “classified information” by the US government and is used in civilian terrorism trials. 7-Describe the procedure for cases involving classified information as described in Title 18 U.S.C. App. 3, § 6 of the Classified Information Procedures Act. (There are six subsections that must be discussed.) 8-Under the Foreign Surveillance Intelligence Act, section 1802 allows for electronic 9-surveillance without court order. Explain the requirements that must be met according to this section.  9-Describe the required contents of an application for a court order for approval of electronic surveillance under section 1804 of the Foreign Surveillance Intelligence Act.
