SCA Initialization

Deciding how to get an organization focused on a significant project is often daunting. How do leaders get their intent across to the group to put a project on stable footing?

It often comes from data-driven decision-making and results that are readily assessed as credible. The pattern can be easily seen once presented.

As you continue to drill down past the scientific method, now you will look at the data science method. Ensure you complete

During this course, you will complete a journal each week.

Each week you will work on one aspect that will help you prepare for the course and reflect. 2. What one thing do you plan to research further over the next week? What motivates this decision? How will you structure your further online or Library research to effectively learn what you want to learn and then apply these concepts in academics, life, or business?

3. What concept do you plan to readily apply at work in the next 2 weeks? If you are not ready, how can you still leverage these concepts via a discussion with a coworker, sharing what you have learned and plan to accomplish? What key results do you foresee with this application at work regarding your own organization’s supply chain?

Remember to base your work on your own experiences, integrating course concepts in your own narrative.

This week, you narrow the funnel down to one last method; however, it is particularly important, as it connects directly to your field, supply chain. Also, as you are learning, it has direct connections to strategy.

2. How do you think the various parts of the model will interact?
