Mika offered to purchase Ninja’s motorbike (Registration number WA222D) on 31 January 2017. The price offered was RM50,000. Assume these responses occurred on the dates stated and discuss whether Ninja or Mika can enforce the agreement.
Treat each situation independently.
(a)Ninja decided on 28 February to accept the offer and communicated his intention in writing to Mika.
(b) Ninja communicated his acceptance of the offer on 10th February through an e-mail but the mail is accidentally deleted by Mika’s younger sister who was using his computer before he manages to read the email.
