I need a response or feedback on the below statement

A few critical indicators I will use to evaluate the success of my project are schedules, budgets, quality of work, and customer satisfaction.

Schedules will help with time management, which will aid in prioritizing tasks. Properly managed time will improve performance, produce better work, reduce stress, and delivering projects on time. Additionally, a project that drags out past the delivery date will affect the budget.  Staying within budget is a significant factor in the project. When a project is late or falls out of funding, it can cut into the organization’s profitability. True indicators of a project’s successes are if it was delivered on time and within budget.  Quality of work is also a way to evaluate the success of a project. Quality of work is key in maintaining the organization’s reputation.  The brand mustn’t be at risk due to the poor quality of work. It is better to perform work properly than waste time and resources making corrections (Wiley, 2013).  Additional poor-quality work can affect the schedule, budget, and customer loyalty.  Customer satisfaction is directly related to profitability.  Disgruntled customers will leave and take their business elsewhere and give your company terrible reviews. Happy customers will continue to patronize your business and serve as advocates for the company (Kestenbaum, 2018).
