Smelling bitter gouda, will she fancythe new


pungent cheese?Should she taste the delicate soups that


we have boiled for such a long, long exhausting time?


Because she influences all the frequent guests that


we still want to receive.



With each hour and every passing minute, taking a deep


breath and exhaling in and out, she comes into


my restaurant. Happy and with such enthusiasm.


Drinking wine and munching on flatbread, she flashes


a large beaming grin at me. A good night to remember.
